Booking and apartment rules:
1. £100 cheque deposit payable on booking.
We will hold the booking for 1 week while we wait for your cheque to arrive following your verbal/email booking
2. You will be expected to provide name, address, telephone number (land line and mobile) and email address when booking. We may wish to contact you.
3. You are expected to provide your own holiday insurance for all members of your party for the entire duration of your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to you, your valuables and possessions that may occur during your holiday.
4. Balance to be paid by cheque 8 weeks before your holiday starts along with a Safe key / Accidental Damage deposit cheque to the value of £200 (this will be refunded after a post rental inspection has been carried out by my Property Manager)
5. On payment of the balance we will provide contact details of our property manager, who will arrange to meet you when you arrive. The property manager will hand over the keys; show you around, that sort of thing.
6. If you arrive on a changeover day, you will not be able to gain entry to the apartment until 15:00. If you leave on a changeover day, you will be expected to leave the apartment by 10:00. We have to have this time for cleaning. Other days can be more flexible.
7. The property manager will be your contact during your stay if you have any problems in the apartment. I will be your contact if you have any problems with the property manager!
8. When you are away from the property during your stay, please ensure that the front door and all the shutters are fully locked (its’ for your own benefit as well as ours). Don't leave personal possessions out on the terrace as they may be visible to all the neighbours.
9. Please respect the furniture, fittings and equipment within the apartment, as we want everybody to enjoy their stay and feel comfortable (including ourselves).
10. Smokers: please don't smoke inside the apartment – use the terrace. The smell tends to cling to the soft furnishings, and could be quite unpleasant for non-smoking tenants if the rooms have not been ventilated for some time.
11. Absolutely no pets.
